RETURN POLICY

At MedTheories, we hope you love your new purchases! However, if you're not fully satisfied, you can return any un-worn, un-washed items in original purchase condition—just make sure the original tags are still attached. Simply send your items back within 20 days after your item has been received in their original packaging. We will e-mail you a prepaid label once you have started a return.  Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund. 

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note, to ensure a smooth return process, items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund, and original shipping fees are not refundable. A small fee for the return label will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or seems to have a manufacturing defect, please get in touch with us within 20 days after the item has been received. We'll be more than happy to sort out a replacement for you or issue a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll make sure to make things right!
